Processing Time All standard orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
For pre-order items (including select Gift Baskets), processing times will vary. Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page. You will receive an email notification once your pre-order is ready to ship.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping – Estimated 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping – Estimated 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping – Estimated 1 business day (where available)
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at sales@cloverandcharm.net with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to make it right!
Important Notes
- We carefully package every order in our signature boutique style to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
- We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability will be announced soon.
